QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
How do I enquire about a puppy?
Open the puppy's profile and submit the enquiry form. Our team can review your questions and explain the next steps.
Can I see the puppy's parents?
Each puppy profile includes links to its sire and dam records, along with the photographs and information available for each parent.
What health documents are available?
The available documents depend on the individual puppy and its parents. Ask about veterinary records, vaccination and parasite care, relevant health screening, and any known conditions.
Does submitting an enquiry reserve a puppy?
No. An enquiry or application does not reserve a puppy. A reservation is confirmed only after the agreed requirements are met and written confirmation is provided.
Can I reserve a puppy online?
If online reservations are enabled, you can follow the published process and review the terms before paying. The website clearly distinguishes a reservation request from a confirmed reservation.
Can international buyers enquire?
Yes, enquiries may be submitted from different countries. Any transaction depends on applicable animal-health, import, export, transport, and other legal requirements.
What happens if no puppies are available?
You can register your interest in future litters. An interest-list registration is not a promise that a suitable puppy will become available.
What should I know about these breeds' health?
Both Pugs and French Bulldogs can experience breathing and other breed-associated health conditions. Prospective owners should understand these risks and discuss them with a qualified veterinarian.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the written terms agreed for that reservation and applicable law. Review the policy before paying.
Will I receive support after bringing my puppy home?
[Owner to complete: describe the support and documentation you actually offer after placement. Only promise services you can consistently provide.]
